The capital city of British Columbia is Victoria. The city receives more than 3.65 million tourists every year. Visiting this city can be fun as it experiences moderate weather compared to many other cities in Canada.

Many tourists enjoy beautiful views when exploring a new location. Some of the awesome views and sight seeing are: aerial view of Victoria, Beacon Hill Park, Butchart Gardens, Gate of Harmonious Interest, Inner Harbour, Legislative Buildings, and many more. You may also want to try whale watching, visit the Butterfly Gardens, go fishing, or just visit the Victoria Bug Zoo. You could also try sailing the sea, kayaking, canoeing, surfing, windsailing, and any other watersports you have in mind. The Wax Museums are also a good place to enjoy popular people although they are not alive. Another popular attraction here in the city is the Little Niagara Falls.

If you are on a honeymoon, try the carriage ride at the Beacon Hill Park and spend some quality time with your partner. For a high class adventure, take a look at the aerial view of the city via plane or helicopter. For something different, have a picnic at French Beach.

On the other hand, if you are the athletic type of person, try hiking at the East Sooke Park. Or climb to the top of Lone Tree Hill in the Highlands. or the Mill Hill for other extraordinary view of Juan de Fuca Strait. Meanwhile, additional quick tour are through double-decker bus, that is another attraction for the tourists; or a kabuki cab. Other hiking trail is the Mount Finlayson at Goldstream Park.

One of the must-try dining options in the city are the English Style Fish and Chips which are served at many local establishments. Wine tasting tours are available at 3 Saanich Peninsula wineries. But before you leave, remember to bring some souvenirs for your friends and family.
