The only way you can get to Tsetserleg is by bus or a shared or rented vehicle. You can also do hitching since all vehicles travel across town goes through Tsetserleg via the main road going to Arkhangai. You can also take the bus which departs daily on an eleven hour trip going to Ulaanbaatar.
