One of the most popular tourist attractions in Dubai is Wild Wadi Water Park. It offers locals, expats and tourists a memorable and adventurous aquatic experience. Located in the exclusive Dubai area known as Jumeirah, deemed the Beverly Hills of the Middle East, this outdoor water park is operated by Jumeirah, an international luxury hotel chain based in Dubai. Themed around the mythical character Juha, from Arabian folklore, Wild Wadi is situated between two iconic luxury hotels in Dubai, the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab and the wave-like structure Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Both hotels offer unlimited and complimentary access to this famous water park.

Rides and Attractions

This water park offers guests the largest selection of rides in the UAE, suitable for toddlers, children and adults as well. Jumeirah Sceirah is recommended for adults seeking the highest ride thrill, as they will be sliding down the two 390 foot long tandem slides at nearly 50 mph. Tantrum Alley, featuring two sections of downhill slides, as well as three fun-filled and captivating tornado slides, offers a high ride thrill as well. For those looking for the ultimate surfing experience, the Wipeout and Riptide Flowriders are the perfect rides. Juha s Journey is a relaxing ride, suitable for kids and adults alike. Juha s Dhow and Lagoon boasts more than 100 water activities, including two racing slides, water guns and five downhill slides, excellent for families with small children. Other exciting rides include Burj Surj, which also offers a panoramic view of Dubai and Master Blasters, which consist of high-powered water jets for an unforgettable aquatic roller coaster ride.

Services and Facilities

Breakers Bay is the largest wave pool in the entire Middle East, it produces crossing and parallel 5 foot high waves in five configurations and it is suitable for ages. This popular water park also has numerous water slides, six restaurants, two refreshment stands and five retail outlets. Moreover, Wild Wadi implements various measures to accommodate people with disabilities. A team of highly trained and licensed lifeguards and paramedics is always available in order to make sure the guests benefit from the safest aquatic experience. This water park is the recipient of many international awards for its high technology and innovation, safety and quality, including the 2007 Dubai Quality Award Gold.

Operating Hours

Starting from March until May, the water park is open from 10 AM until 7 PM; from June to August it is open from 10 AM until 8 PM; from September to October from 10 AM until 7 PM and from November to February from 10 AM until 6 PM.
